Earnings4Sight ("we", "us", "our") operates the Earnings4Sight application and website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Information We Collect

Account information — When you register, we collect your username and email address. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never readable by us.

Usage data — We log actions you take in the app (e.g. companies viewed, searches performed, calendar pages loaded, watchlist changes). This applies to both registered users and anonymous visitors.

Technical data — We collect your IP address and derive approximate location (country, region, city) and internet service provider from it. We also record what platform you are using (web, iOS, Android).

2. How We Use It

• To provide and improve the service
• To understand how features are being used
• To diagnose technical issues
• We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for targeted advertising

3. Data Retention

• Usage logs are retained for 90 days then deleted
• Account data is retained until you delete your account
• On account deletion, your personal data is removed within 30 days

4. Third Parties

• Our servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS Lightsail)
• We do not use third-party analytics scripts, advertising networks, or tracking pixels
• We do not share your data with any third parties except as required by law

TradingView chart widgets — Some pages embed interactive charts provided by TradingView. These widgets do not set cookies. TradingView does collect the URL of the page embedding the widget, the widget type, the displayed symbol, and your IP address, solely for the purpose of delivering the widget and basic DDoS protection. This IP is not stored with any identifiable data. See TradingView's Privacy Policy for details.

5. Your Rights

Regardless of where you live, you can:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Contact us at privacy@earnings4sight.com for any of the above

California residents (CCPA) and Canadian residents (PIPEDA) have additional rights including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.

6. Cookies

We use only essential session cookies required for authentication. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. No cookie consent is required.

7. Children

This service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We will update the "last updated" date and notify registered users by email of any material changes.
